Credits are the currency of group networking on LinkMatch. Each virtual session or event has a credit cost displayed on its listing — typically between 1 and 5 credits depending on the session size and exclusivity. When you register for an event, the required credits are deducted from your balance automatically. You can top up your credits at any time by purchasing a package above.

No. Your credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account indefinitely until you choose to use them. We believe in giving you full control over your networking pace — whether you attend sessions weekly or monthly, your credits will always be waiting for you.

The €10 fee for private 1-to-1 meetings is charged at the time of booking through our secure Stripe integration. You'll enter your payment details directly on the booking page — no credits are involved. Once payment is confirmed, both you and your meeting partner receive a confirmation email with the session link and calendar invite.

If you cancel a 1-to-1 meeting more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of the €10 fee to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the meeting are non-refundable. If the other party cancels, you are always fully refunded regardless of timing. For group session credits, cancellations made 12+ hours in advance result in a full credit return to your balance.

Every LinkMatch member receives a unique referral link in their profile dashboard. When a professional you refer creates a verified profile and purchases their first credit package, you automatically receive 5 bonus credits added to your balance — no action required. There is no limit to how many referrals you can make, making it a powerful way to grow your credits while expanding the quality of the LinkMatch network.
